# Unable to findout Rayleigh-clear winds and Mie-cloudy winds

please provide details information

1. The clear and cloudy case can be identified based upon the flag\_cloud, also validity\_flag must be True (=1).
2. The the wind retrievals with error in wind estimate larger than 8 m/s (For Rayleigh-clear winds) and 4 m/s (for Mie-cloudy winds) must be excluded from analysis.
