I’m trying to create a relationship between tropospheric NO2 from Sentinel 5P and surface-level monitors in Canada. The one thing I am struggling to understand is how to get the time at the moment the satellite passed over the AOI. I am working through a tutorial and they just use the datetime_start and datetime_stop. However, there is a 1-2 hour difference between these times, and I want the exact time. Does anyone know how I can get these value? I’ve already downloaded the files and converted them in L3 using harp.
