I installed HARP on ‘standard issue’ windows 11 into c:\tools\harp. Running any of the command tools from c:\tools\harp\bin produces jpeg8.dll not found error. Please advise.
I can confirm this. It seems that at some point a version number was included in the jpeg dll filename which prevented the installer builder script to include it in the installer. We will fix this for the next HARP release.
