There is any way to get the standard deviation of the pixels within the spatial bin operation?
This is not possible. The spatial binning operation only produces ‘means’ as reduction operation. Not ‘median’, ‘standard deviation’, or other types of statistical quantities.
Note that the spatial binning operation does propagate the uncertainty.
