Does anyone know if there is a standard docker image for Harp? I’ve done a bit of searching, but it doesn’t seem that their is one.
There is no official HARP docker image.
I would suggest you use one of the available condaforge docker images and then install HARP in there.
Thanks Sander. I was thinking that was the case, but wasn’t sure. I’ll use the standard conda image.
